Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
About a year ago HYDRODERM advertised 1 oz bottle of product as a 1 month supply. I got this product for a year or so for $32.95 (VIP price).
Recently, I read the offers for VIP members which suggested to upgrade the membership to receive 2 month supply of product for $49.95. I upgraded my membership and received. The same 1 oz bottle, but now for 17.00$ more.
I emailed my questions and request to return me to previouse membership twice, but never received the answer.
Be very careful with that company; they started to play tricks with customers.

The new product "FIRST IMPRESSION" was offered by HYDRODERM and for a 30 days FREE trial.
If you are smart enough to read the text on the very last page, after giving all your creditcard info in order to pay 3.95$ shipment charge - you are lucky. Then you learn, that you have to return (not just cancel membership, but return) unused portion of product to HYDRODERM within 30 days if you want try it free.
Otherwise you will be charged 49.00$ in 30 (or 29 days after ordering) for that so-called FREE trial .
That 30 or less days include shipment time for both ways. You have to pay your return shipment...etc., everything to catch you.
I consider it as a real fraud.
