Hydroderm Encore offered a free trial for facial and eye serum with only shipping and handeling. I sent the shipping and handeling and I received the product 2-3-14. On 2-21-14 They charged my debit card $79.00 without my permission. When I contacted customer service they refused to credit my debit card until I sent the products back. I did not see any information that this would occur. I am a Senior Citizen and they took advantage of me. I spoke to Jeff and 2 others. they all refused to credit my account. I will send the products back but am wondering if they will deny receiving them. This is a scam and want others to know about it. Thank you, Theresa
