Never heard of either company. No idea, nothing has address or phone numbers

Ordered free sample trial of Hydrolux cream on their website on 4/17/16, they offered a free sample of Cellvia, so I paid the shipping of $10.94 on my VISA card.  On 5/2/16 my card was hit for $89.95 by Fancy Fit Connection and on 5/3/16 by One Good Stop.  I have never heard of either of these companies.

I contacted my bank to dispute these charges.  They provided me the phone numbers to contact them.  Fancy Fit at 1-844-527-9351. I called and explained why I was calling and was immediately put on hold.  The lady initially answered the phone, "Customer Service" and then after the hold time, came back and again I explained the reason for my call.  Her response was "No worry, no worry, no more charge to card and no more product be sent to you".  As she is laughing.  I asked when my card would be credited back for the $92.93 charge, she just kept repeating herself.  I got no where with her.

I called One Good Stop at 1-844-607-9441 and I must have reached the lady sitting next to her, because I got the exact same response from the time the phone was answered, same voice, everything.  It sounded as if they were sitting in a call center with a hundred oriental women saying the exact same thing to others on the phones behind them.

I requested my bank to cancel my card immediately and allow none of these companies to charge on my card again.  However my bank sent me a letter that the charges had already gone through and there was nothing they could do about those charges which totaled $182.88.

I never did receive any additional creams, but apparently I have paid for them.  I am changing banks.

These people are Scams, they steal from people and I don't understand why they even have customer service - they don't care about you, they steal from you and laugh while they are doing it.  Unbelievable!  They should not be allowed to do business.  I don't know how they sleep at night!
