Hydroxatone - Urban Nurtition HYDROXATONE RESTAID(URBAN NUTRITION) RISK FREE TRIAL OFFER IS A PROBLEM! JERSEY CITY, New Jersey

On 9/29/09 I ordered a "risk free trial" of the product RESTAID! I saw an ad to get this free trial and just pay s&h of $9.95.  I agreed to a 30 day supply. I would continue to receive another supply unless I canceled within 30 days after I received the product.

The customer service person also talked me into a 30 day supply of a supplement product(MY DAILY DOSE) that would enhance the Restaid, for only a S&H fee of $3.95.  I agreed to that item and he tried to sell me more, like a magazine prescription and a Bahama trip.  Both I would have to pay something up front and I declined..Now I have spent $3.95 and $9.95. 
The charges came from my bank account immediately.

Today I received the seperate packages.  The Daily Dose in one envelope.  As ordered. With instructions that I must cancel within 30 days or another shipment will arrive. Also, the agent told me that I had until the day I RECEIVED the order to return/cancel within 30 days.. The information furnished with the shipment states that I have until 30 days after I ordered to ask for a cancelation of further shipments.. TRICKERY RIGHT THERE! 

The other product, a 30 day trial of RESTAID, came, but along with it is 2 more months supply and a bill showing me that they will bill me over the next 3 months, $49.95 to pay for all three they just shipped!  I ordered only a trial and the agent made it clear to me that I would get only a months supply because I asked him over and over again. 
Now, I have 3 months supply and the first one is supposed to be a trial and if I didn't like it then I could cancel any further shippments.  They are actually charging me for the trial offer.
BIG RIPP-OFF!

I called immediately and I got a very loud boisterous man on the phone..As I began to tell him that I was shipped more than I ordered, he began to interrupt me and tell me "oh, so you just wanted a free one then!?  He also said that he could make me a better offer on those that were shipped.   I told him that I did not order that much and I want to cancel any further shipments because I was not going to pay nearly $50 for their product for the next three months! He got louder and over powered what I was trying to say, and then got very snippy with me and told me to send it all back right away and he gave me a RMA # to use on the box for return..

I told him that I was entitled to use the trial offer for 30 days. He said that I was giving that trial period up because I called already to cancel.. I told him I was not canceling but telling him that I now have more than I want and I didn't not get the chance to order more and now I will have to pay shipping to return the other boxes. if I so pleased.  .He said, Yes you ruined that deal!  I said, well I paid $13.90 for the stuff already for shipping and I'm not going to pay for additionl shipping for items I did not order and I am entitled to use the product for 30 days and I can cancel within that time..

I yelled at him, he got worse and told me to have the items back by October 21st and he gave me an address at :HYDROXATONE  PO BOX 9300  JERSEY CITY, NEW JERSEY  07303
He told me I had to ship them with a confirmation # also.  He said further shipments have been canceled.  ( I don't trust that it will happen as they have my cc # etc.. and can charge me if they please..) 

I hung up on him at that point.   And here I am...making this complaint!  I hope others will check here before ordering from this company..URBAN NUTRITION OR HYDROXATONE..
