Hypnotherapy of San Diego LLC and Owner Lauren Grote Fraudulently Lied About Services Performed and Billed Carlsbad California

I knew the owner so gave her service a try, which was suppose to be a Hypnotherapy. She gave me ONE session, which she called a well being session. You know eat better, get more exercise type of thing. We later have a disagreement and she now states she "treated" me for a disorder? Came up with a Fraudulent Case Disposition and Billing Invoice for multiple sessions! After doing my due diligence, I find out she had a Restraining Order placed on her at one of the Hypnotherapy Schools in New Mexico by a student who said Lauren Grote threaten her. 

Then found out she was later kicked out of a Hypnotherapy School before going to another one in Nothern California. This goes beyond telling lies, but to make up a treated disorder. If it was true which its not what happen to code of ethics. I bring this up because she showed none, and what about all the other people she may see that really do have disorders. She has shown she can do it to me, she may do it to them.

And where is the moral part of all this? After consulting a attorney, they even said she painted herself in a corner because beside filing a Fraudulent accusation she would'nt have any sessions recorded which she is required to for liability reasons. I'm most definetlty considering legal action.
