after my previous complaint, they finally aggreed to repair my system. but they only pretended to. they sent it back still broken. after that, one of the managers (steve, ex 147) aggreed i could send it back for a refund. after getting it though, he said no refund, they would repair instead. got it back just a couple days before my warranty was over. another manager (brian, ex 141) told me i couldn't mail it in again, i had to had deliver it. so i drove 4 hours to drop off the computer. about a month later, comes back broken still, now with a new problem because they replaced the perfectly good screen (probably the only part of the computer that wasn't broken) with a damaged one!

he claims that the entire computer was replaced, but i'm still seeing the same stickers on the computer. same scratches in the crappy paint job, same places. it's the same computer. all they did was swap the screen for a worse one.

brian says he tested the computer before sending it back, but i didn't even finish plugging it up before realizing it was still damaged. the LAN port won't hold a cord! it just falls right out. how could he have missed that? because he was lying, he never even looked at this except when i dropped it off and pointed these problems out to him.

now he says my warranty's out and he won't help me, but i sent this in months before my warranty was out. i requested a refund three weeks before time was out for that as well.

THIS COMPANY DOES NOT HONOR ITS WARRANRTY IN ANY WAY AT ALL. BE WARNED!
