 they will say anything to get a sale. They target bbb members and there websites a joke. They have one guy doing all the reviews stay clear they cant even do seo for the selves

iconnected marketing is great!

Obviously whoever posted that is having problems with the english language.  Maybe they do not understand why iconnected was seen as an "innovative company worthy of intuitive inclusion onto the RIT campus"

My suggestion is if you want to broaden your internet presence & plainly GET MORE CUSTOMERS you need to call these guys!

As the CEO of a quickly expanding world-wide digital media company, I have seen how the internet is a playground for anyone that thinks they have something to say. Our research shows that many, if not most, complaints against companies actually are written by their competitors. So that you can more easily identify what an actual complaint and what is really just a competitor that is trying to tarnish ones public image, follow this easy guideline:

  1. Does the author of the complaint use their real name?  Why would someone with a legitimate compliant not want to be contacted so they could receive retribution, or at least an apology?
  2. Does the author give specific product or service details about exactly what the problem is and how this problem inconvenienced or harmed them?  Surely, a legitimately hurt person would love to share the details of their experience so as to warn the public. 
  3. Are the complaints broad-sweeping in generalized terms of dishonesty, fraud, or other nefarious actions that have no specific date or occurrence when these horrible things actually occurred? 
  4. Last, but most importantly, does it read like it was thoughtfully written by a person that tried to first have the problem corrected by the seller, and now had no other recourse but to warn the public about their specific experience?

If the answer to most of these questions is no, then you’re probably reading a slanderous statement made by either an immature competitor or an unstable person.  I ask you, after comparing the original complaint against iConnected Marketing with the list of questions above, who do you think wrote this one? I forgive them and truly have Hope they will concentrate more on making their customers happy, and less on slandering their competition.
