The iFit website is a joke. It's like they hired some kid to redesigned it. It is not intuitive, full of dead ends, and worst of all, it does not connect to my treadmill.
Trying to contact iFit is a waste of time. If you do get hold of someone, they can't help or won't help. They tell you how sorry they are, and the problem has been fixed and should be ready to update in 24 hours. Then nothing happens...
If you do call, be prepared with your model and serial number of your equipment. You can 't get anywhere without it. My bottom line is that you should not bother with the iFit technology. The company can't be around for much longer.
