iLimo fraudulent charges, excessive cleaning fees, broke their contract, driving erratically, abandoned us mid-day Burlingame, California

The Limo Company fraudulently charged my card $300 for an illegitimate cleaning fee before the car was actually asserted (there was absolutely no damage to the vehicle).

Eight witnesses, photograph proof and a policemen that acted as median also agree to this point. The driver then, instead of finishing his contracted and pre-paid hours for service (10am-4pm) left 8 individuals without any means of transportation in Sonoma at 2:30pm.

His pre-paid contract was for a 3 winery tour and a round trip back to San Francisco. Beside his illegal driving habits of speeding, tailgating and talking on his cell phone while driving, his actions with the credit card charge was not compliant with regulations. He also broke a pre-paid and agreed upon contract which was an unethical, illegitimate, and could be considered an overall scam.

This company fabricated the idea that there was damage in order to extort additional gains out of a young group of individuals and when we argued against the charges, felt it was in their best interest to instead cut the contracted services off completely. It cost us another $350 to return to the city via a new transportation company.
