Beware of iOffer sellers.  Most will not adequately describe the goods they sell in their Paypal invoicing because many of their goods are counterfit or unauthorized.  The sellers are mostly from  China and Taiwan.  If you have a problem with the item not being as decribed or the wrong model completely, it takes forever to get a resolution from the Seller.  Paypal does not have much leverage with these sellers since most of their invoices have vague descriptions such as "Goods". Good luck getting a refund in a timely manner.

I placed 3 orders with iOffer within a weeks time and only received one of the orders.  It has been over 50 days and no sign of the merchandise.  I received some tracking info from the seller,s, but the shipments are still showing that they are in China.

You are better off avoiding these sellers all together.  You can find equally good deals on Ebay but with a significantly better buyer's protection program.
