Don't EVER use iPod Battery Depot--Here's why! I HAD an iPod Nano until I sent it to them for battery replacement. Haven't seen it since. Paid for battery and service but all I got was some Auto-reply emails and then evasion, followed by the brushoff and no more responses. At one point they said their Tech had to replace the Motherboard in my Nano but as to where it is or what happened after that, who knows.
Can't get a reply to anything from them. It appears that after getting MY iPod Nano they decided it wasn't worthy of repair and vanquished it to circular file. Can't believe they have the #1 Website for 'Replacing' batteries because if you send yours to them you'll need to replace more than that when it disappears! Don't chance falling for using the first listing you see! Yes they have a great price and guarantee but what good is that after they have your money AND iPod? You lose all and they made quite a profit while providing Nothing in return! Total RIPOFF...
