When the transaction occurred, I had to sign the keypad twice. When I asked why, the first time was, as I was told by Brian, to 'acknowledge that the item was received. You wouldn't believe how many people say they never got what they paid for'. I later found out that it was to accept their terms of sale which limit refunds to 75% of the purchase price. I then signed for the credit transaction. At no time were their 'terms' explained or pointed out. Their receipt outlining their 'terms' was only given to me after the signatures occurred. They also charged an additional 'tax' called "Keep The Earth Green (not a tax)" (sic) that Brian told me "all phone stores have to charge on every transaction that takes place".
After learning of their deception (no other phone stores I called heard of this 'tax'), I returned to the store with the the item within 50 minutes of purchasing it, in like-new condition. It took some time for me to be acknowledged by the staff and for the 'return' to talk place.
