I Unfortunately purchased something from one of their locations, thought I'd google their names and all I see if complaints left and right! Bad service, horrible place to buy Verizon products, save yourself sometime and money and go to a REAL verizon store!!!

I am also a victim of being ripped off by Italk. My commission checks were held both times in separate positions because of excuses on why they shouldn't pay. I was charged for damages on a company car that were made by a previous employee as well as confirmed by that employee and one other witness. Oh, and the odometer fraud they are accused of doing is VERY TRUE!
