Case # 579.559 Iam Matthew Co has been placed for immediate collections/litigation with my firm Asset Collections Inc. Matt Watts has refused to pay any amount toward this judgment. Mat Watts, aka James M Watts, owes my client, a large Drywall supply company, over $23,771.00 which I am now taking to the discovery stage of legal to start all legal means to recover this debt. This guy has done nothing to pay this money back to my client, in fact we have already been to court won the case and still he has not paid.
I am forming a full creditors committee to take over all his assets and get my clientele paid off. We wanted to warn other companies of this THEFT of Product, and Refusal to pay. This guy will STEAL YOUR MERCHANDISE, RIP OFF your coompany, and not even have the common couresy to show up for court.
If you are also owed money and want help collecting money. Join my creditors committee, please cointact ACI- Asset Collections Inc- Portland OR aci-collect.com I'll help you get paid.
