I had a car loan with this bank for 2 years and I was never late or missed a payment. I then traded in the car and bought an SUV through them and then fell on hard times and they refused to work with me and just wanted money money money. So then I noticed on my.credit bureau that they said I was missing 6 payments which I am not and then they tell me I'm behind four. They repossed the car and I call them and not only are they rude especially Joe rivard he wanted me to pay them $4000 to get the car back which I don't even owe them. They are crazy. Don't go with them. They also were selling me a 2010 ford edge for $20000. That is about what I bought it for and I bought it in July 2013 and supposedly I still owe them $20000. That makes no sense. Do not do buisness with these people. Rip off to death.

What part of the WRITTEN loan agreement YOU signed with them did they violate?
"..and then fell on hard times and they refused to work with me and just wanted money money money."
Where in the agreement does it say they have to "work with you?" Of course they wanted the money YOU OWED them and agreed to pay.
Don't be late for your local occupy movement meeting. Your credit is now in the toilet and you'll pay a LOT more for any new loan you are able to get.
NO Ripoff here on the bank's part.
