 I'm being charged $12.97 each & every month for I don't no how long.I just started noticing it in my credit card statements, then I see it in my bank statements. I've never used this company to my knowledge at any time. I do not know how they got them in my accounts but,I sure as Hell would like them removed and put out of bussiness before they ruin somebody.

Hi William,

I apologize for any confusion or misunderstanding you have regarding our program. I found your records and see that you had registered twice for a 30 day trial membership to Freeshipping.com. Once when you made a purchase through CarolWrightGifts and again when you made a purchase through Amerimark. Both times you saw our offer on your order confirmation and proceeded to complete the online registration. We then sent you a Welcome email explaining all the benefits and that unless you cancelled in the 30 days, the card you provided would be charged.

I have cancelled both accounts and processed a full refund. If you have any questions, please contact us at customerservice@freeshipping.com.
