ICM Websites charged me $2.97 for information that I never received and $149.95 I have no idea what for. I did not find out this charge until I got my credit card statement.  So I called my credit card company, which knew ICM very well, told me $149.95 was the membership they charged me. What membership? I had no clue! I also found out from my credit card company that I was not alone and there were a lot of ICM rip-off victims like me. They provided me ICM's phone to call. I did it! However, ICM refused to refund my money. The staff who answerd phone are very rude and no heart at all. I can not believe they are still in bussiness. How many more victims needed until putting ICM Websites out of bussiness?

In the interest of Customer Service, we have terminated this customers account and no further charges will be conducted on their account. This customer has been provided a FULL refund for the purchase, in the amount of $149.95 to the card ending in #0112.




If this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office. This customer can keep any materials that were received as our gift.

Did you inform Jennifer that you were directed to contact her from your posting? If you failed to do that, you may not have had the experience that was intended. To speed things up for you, I would refer you to Report: #621642. This customer has already been canceled and refunded. This is because this customer decided to post a complaint with their actual information and not a pseudo name or you can provide the last 4 digits of the credit card that was used for the transaction.

ICM Refuse to return the money that they stolen from me

I called ICM and talked to Jennifer and was told that she could not refund my money because I had already spoken with her superior, Matt, before her. I have no idea who is Matt. I have talked to a few ICM's emplyees for the refund. However, they all told me the same thing that it was my fault not theirs. I am a single mom and is working more than 10 hours a day. $149.95 is a lot of money for me. Matt, please return my money if you are a human being with a heart!

In order to sign up for the Internet Cash Machine program, the customer MUST go thru the following steps.




1.     Client reaches Internet Cash Machine offer site through different         
        internet advertisements.




2.     Client is directed to a sales landing page to enter preliminary     
        information, in which there is a link at the bottom of the page to
        the Terms and Conditions of the signing up for the program.            




3.     Then the customer must provide their credit card information on the
        secured payment page and must agree to the terms and conditions, that are     
        conspicuously displayed no more than 80 pixels from the order submission button.??




Regardless, if this customer is not satisfied with the product, the charges or the customer service, Internet Cash Machine, as a customer service gesture will assure that this customers account is terminated and no further charges will be conducted on their account by our office.
