Icollector based out of Canada, wesite Icollector.com hosts a wide variety of auctioneers with items to bid on with prebids and live auctions. Currently have spent money on items from Susanas Jewelry and Liquidators. Noted on website of "bidders entering a legal binding contract" and that if not paid turning over to collectiions agency and filing w/BBB against winning bidder not paying. HOWEVER, to date, I have just started receiving my winning items, or I should say, ITEMS SENT W/O MY BID IN LIEU OF WHAT I ACTUALLY HAD WON, AKA 'REPLACEMENTS". Then to further aggravate the situation, the emails and phone calls not answered of wrong cheaper items sent, further reading states a 30% restocking fee by Icollector warehouse of returned items. Smells like a scam to me. The shipping is outrageously ridiculous, although WRONG items packed extremely well. I have paid on all my items in full.

I do plan on furthering my situation with many different legal avenues. Since this is fraud, over the US borders, estimates combined over monetary amounts, and through the US mail, it all makes it federal. US States Attorneys Office, Federal Sentinel and FTC, Wilmington Chamber of Commerce, BBB and the IRS, and Im just starting.  I have to learn more of Canada's  consumer rights.

Icollector warehouse sends the wrong items, then wants to charge an additional 30% restocking fee and you are at their mercy if they choose to send the right items to you. The COA's with the paintings are not all sent to you either. Also susanas jewlery liquidators also states she is not responsible for any damage in the shipping of items. Its a shame because there are legitimate auctioneers on the websit that handle in-house shipment, the abovementioned is not one of them--BUYER BEWARE!!!!
