Where do I began? Please if you are considering buying a nordicktrack E 9.0 elliptical stop right now. Dont throw away your money. Unfortunately im stuck with this elliptical and there is nothing i can do. this company is a scam and you wont know it until something goes wrong with you equipment, all my parts are on back order and everytime i call in i get a different answer. Just last week the guy told me over the phone that my parts will arrive in a week. Today i spoke with nelda 45 and she told me that it's on back order for several weeks and she refused to do a return, did i mention this is a brand new elliptical? It hasn't even been 5 months. Such a headache to deal with! My money is wasted and my time is gone, i hope someone else can benefit from this review..
