ICS Integrated Card Service Fraud does not tell you about fees and charges Thousand Oaks , California

This company is a complete fraud I was told I would be billed $5.00 a month and 3% of every card transaction I made. So then I go to cancel and they tell me their is a $350 charge fee. so I said Ill just keep it until the the 6 months go by then I will cancel it. Go to the bank find out they sucked $80 out of my bank account. Called them and the guy tells me their a $ 120 compliance fee and I have to fill out a questionnaire. I was not informed about non of this, then I was told their will be more fees annual and compliance. I told the person on the phone none of this was stated when I asked about this in the beginning. I was just told $5 a month and 3% . Total fraud company stay away !
