Idea Village/Membership Services Microsoft Hair Trimmer kits and extras No action on Orders Hopkins Minnesota

Three times I have tried to place an order with Idea Village for a Micotouch Hair Trimmer.  Each time I completed the order and was offered other items as well.  Some of which I ordered.  This was done in December, January and February.  I just placed the February order and found out that there was not any record of the prior orders being placed.  Each time I was given phone numbers to call and I have done so.  So far the one for February.  I just now as finally able to contact someone from "Switchblade" which is the microtouch trimmer and she wanted to go ahead and replace the order for me.  However I am so upset about the way things have gone so far I just cancelled everything instead.  These people should not be allowed to harrass customers with phoney offers this was.  Just this morning alone I have spent over two hours on this thing.  It is terrible.
