I received a call regarding my website and how I could get traffic to my site.  I was also told about the newest way to promote the site being social networking and a blog.  I was very specific with my need for a marketing company to promote my site and to gain search page placement.  He was very smooth with changing the subject and showing me the dynamics of a blog and social networking and also told me they would do all the work for me since I was worn out trying to get my little business website up and running.  I signed on for $1900.00 with monthly hosting fees at around $180.00 and should I decide after 6 months I didn't want to continue with the monthly fees that would be fine... but then... what happens to the blog?  Well I was duped into believing this was what I needed mostly because I was overwhelmed with all the intricate details of search engine submissions, spiders, search engine placement, site maps that were not included in my website etc.  They also talked about putting the site map on my website so I was confused for a while but then discovered it was one site map and strictly for a blog or something.

This was all very confusing but I finally realized I couldn't afford this now and it was not what I needed.  The contract is very confusing too since it gives you a three day cancellation option but then states the contract has to be in force for 30 days.  And, there is absolutely no description of how I would receive a refund ... even a partial refund.  So now I've been duped (scammed) for the third time with these so called internet marketing companies and out a lot of money for nothing.

I would appreciate hearing about maybe a class action suit against this company and any others you've been involved with who are absolutely cheating us.  I checked out their websites previously and also the BBB but there was not a whole lot of information and I fell for it...
