I ordered the IGIA Milinix Vacuum System with the understanding that I could purchase one and get a second one free. I used my debit card for this purchase and didn't realize at the time they never repeated the actual charges to be debited to my account. The bank statement arrived and this company had debited my account over $300.00. I have been trying to reach them at their website (www.customerservice@IGIA.com) ever since only to get a message to call 800-709-2216. I did this and after 2 hours on hold, I hung up and e-mailed them again. As yet I've had no response. All I want is a list of the itemized charges to my account.
