I ordered a Windstorm vacuum cleaner from infomercial. Promised to get one free if you purchased one plus a free handvac and easy monthly installments. I ended up with 4 vacuum cleaners and 2 hand held vacuums. And $193.00 was deducted from my bank account at one time. Then another $93.00 was taken out 3 weeks later.

Tried out one vacuum and it wasn't worth it's weight in salt at cleaning carpet. Was very disappointed at performance so I decided I would send them all back. Talked to customer service and was told that since no return label was sent with order that I would be refunded the return shipping with my other refund.

Used my own money to send these all back, costing me around sixty five dollars. This was way back in November, 2005 and so far I have not gotten one penny back. Repeated phone calls just to be told that the refund was being processed. Now all I get is a recording telling me that someone will return my call at a certain time later in the day. I have finally given up on ever getting my money back. Which amounts to around $350.00.

This company just added a rebuttal about my rip off report which states that it should ONLY take a week to issue a refund AFTER they have received the returned merchandise. Well it has now been Over 5 months and still no refund. I also e-mailed their customer service like the rebuttal said to do and all I heard back from them was an e-mail stating that someone would reply within a few days. They must live in a warped time zone because I still have not heard from them and its been 2 weeks. This just goes to show you that they are out to rip people off. So buyer beware of any Igia products. Do Not Buy from this company.

We do not add additional items on customer orders. All of our calls our recorded and if you wish the record of your order we will make these taped conversations available at your request. In addition, we make every effort to refund in a timely manner, if you are requesting a refund, please provide us with a full name and address, so we can process your request immediately.

Please understand that in order for a credit to be processed, we must first issue a call tag so the merchandise can be picked up via Fed-ex, it then takes another week for the units to be returned at our fulfillment center and on the second week the refund is processed.
