o: Paramount & Ignite Web Services

I cannot express in words how disappointed, frustrated and ripped off about my experience with Paramount concepts-Ignite Web builders. In my early conversations with Shawn Arnovick, (Executive Sales director) before I signed on and paid $4600. I was told specifically in my discussions with Shawn, that there was always a customer satisfaction guarantee; in other words the customer could come back and expressly state whatever it was that he was dissatisfied with and the company would do everything it could to make redress or in other words make the customer happy. At that time I was given the impression that with hard work within several months I would be on my way to earning the estimated $2500 a month-the figure that I gave Mr. Arnovick.

Yes that was my estimate and Shawn and other employees made it clear that was certainly feasible, even those I disclosed to Shawn that I had several serious disabilities. I am now looking back over my experience with Paramount concepts and Ignite Website Builders, I realize that I was misinformed, received incompetent services, catastrophic mistakes to my website, services specifically related to the website, and many other serious breach of both written contractual and verbal agreement by both Paramount and Ignite Web building services. In other words, I was just another John Doe they would collect my money offer the bare minimum of services and tough luck if he didn’t make it! No they didn’t say that. However when I asked to have specific things provided that was necessary for my success because of my disabilities was denied-such as a case manager.

My financial situation and medical condition has deteriorated and I am living in abject poverty. I am forced to pursuit other means of income. I am requesting a $8,000 refund (however, I would negotiate a fair dollar amount based upon the expense, time, and effort that I put into making APlus beds successful) of the over $9700 worth of credit card debt that I'm struggling to pay right now; coupled with the other $20,000 of lost wages and the $500 worth of other debt, for services like Legal Zoom and other ancillary services. I was told that these services would be highly beneficial is not necessary for success in pursuing e-commerce services with the website.  I stated upfront that I had disabilities. All the services provided by Ignite and Paramount were not provided as specified on our agreement (I receive 11 counseling sessions lasting approximately 3 and half hours) about 330.00 bucks per average 15 to 20 minute counseling session is excessive; that along with your Library services offered by Paramount was simply not worth nor did I receive $4600.00 of beneficial services.

I was told that I would receive individualized services yet each time that I had a conversation with a counselor it was only review of how I was progressing and they were always in a hurry to get off the phone to talk to the next person. In most instances I was more confused after the counseling session than before but I was told that there is no additional time because they had to go to the next person. The only time that I felt that I had some serious beneficial counseling was in three of the session’s total! To reiterate, Paramount Services did not provide what I was told that would be provided and that is meaningful counseling sessions leading to a successful website business.  In my discussion with Paul Brown, he instructed me that by purchasing the Ignite Web builder services, I would ultimately have a much quicker and higher rate of success. Mr. Brown even took me to a website that was built by Ignite Website builders for client’s gun supplies.com; however I went to that website today and it is no longer functioning!

It is unconscionable that you would say that you did your job when I have not sold one product from the website is constructed by Ignite Web Builders.  Not providing services and/or incompetently performing stipulated services in the Platinum Website Package (which cost me $5100) is tantamount to stealing money from a financially distressed disabled consumer. There were problems with accessing and utilizing the Ignite website one example of this was, my website was never properly linked with Google analytics as stipulated in the agreement of services for the Platinum Web package. I called five times to have this problem corrected, yet it was never done. This breach of contract\agreement and failure to provide specific services mentioned in the contractor agreement equals fraud. The Platinum Website Package website was built and then turned over to me was full of mistakes from the very beginning.

I did not receive a completed viable website; and your services are spurious and deceiving. For example, In the agreement it stipulated I was supposed to receive with Platinum Website Package, Social Media services, such as  Facebook and twitter account for APlus beds. I practically had to force the issue (In fact Paul Brown offered to develop Facebook and Twitter accounts for me because social media department was so unresponsive) just to get them to do what they were supposed to be doing according to the Social media agreement!  Regarding, The Platinum Marketing package- 6 month marketing plan: the fifth and six month marketing reports were not done! I had do we wait for three weeks to receive a copy of the fifth and six month marketing reports, two months after they were supposed to be done!  It was obvious they did not do the fifth and six month marketing reports as stipulated in my paid agreement.

Furthermore, my services were cut off (in the middle of the Ignite 6 month marketing services).  I receive strange e-mail messages stating that I had to pay additional money and my services were cut off for almost 2 weeks before figure out what was going on. Apparently your billing department was not told that I was paid for the additional $5100 for the Ignite website services! This is an outrageous violation of the contractual agreement between me and Ignite builders. I could not figure out what was going on (your bill services cut me off) and by the time I got the situation corrected it cost me more than two weeks, I lost all the momentum that I was trying to develop in training to build my website traffic. Ignite Web services violated specified agreement (I lost continuity which was damaging to my progress) and you should be ashamed of yourselves.

The Platinum Website package, website that I received had nothing but problems from the beginning, because of failure to do things like, completing the shipping and ordering sections of the website, not providing the supplier information and having products that were not even available listed in my inventory for sale? Once this problem was identifying Ignite agreed to select 18 additional items to add to my website. We had an agreement that they would established a markup price for each of the items and then add the shipping cost for each item that I calculated for each item. I was told that they would add the shipping cost I provided for each item to the cost of the item for sale on the listing of the item on my website. They did not do that! If someone had paid to purchase one of those items I would have been stuck paying a $200 lost because they did not add the shipping cost to the price listed on the website!

This is an incredible dereliction the responsibility, We had an agreement they were going to do the markup of the new items and add the shipping cost that I calculated for each new product, but they didn’t do what they said they were going to do (They did not add the shipping cost that I gave them for the new items added to the website)! The results would have been catastrophic if someone would have bought a couple of items. I would have been a loss for several hundred dollars- services were not provided as stipulated in our agreement that I had with Ignite Web builders. I refuse to be a victim of incompetent and callous refusal to provide agreed upon services. I stated that I would need for the beginning, due to the severity of my disabilities- a specified individual that would at least provide  that would function as an account manager to guide me through the process- I my request to have some assistance I was flatly denied! I simply did not receive $9600 worth of services!

Although Ignite Web builders is now attempting to do with they should have done over a year ago and have account management services to make sure that things are done properly. This month, It is important to note that in my discussions with Halee Harman, I specifically asked her about the success ratio of customers pursuing website commerce through Ignite Web builders and after my insisting that she give me an answer my question, on what percentage of Ignite website customers have become successful, she made it clear it was way below 50%! When I asked Halee if she had her own website; she like many of the other employees that were in customer support and mentors-counselors for Paramount and Ignite, are not even have website businesses! This information was withheld from me!

It would’ve made all the difference in the world if I’d known that there was a staff in both Paramount and Ignite Web builders that did not even have websites. How could they possibly relate as an expert were knowledgeable person that is not even involved in website commerce! I would not have paid $4600 and definitely would not have paid $5100 if I knew that the experts were not even involved in the business to begin with! Nonetheless, I can't take the chance that I could lose another $10,000 of loss wages with a website from a company to whom I have already lost several thousand dollars. Your services are thousands of dollars more than any of your competitors! Even though I incurred thousands of dollars of debt your company was trying to squeeze me to pay an additional $40 a month for services. Even after I was told by Melissa Aiono (801-854-1355) that my services would be extended until November 2014, I again received notices and phone calls from your billing department I would have to pay for services twice prior to that period of time.

It is unconscionable that you would say that you did your job when did not perform the agreed-upon services as you stated you would both in writing and in telephone conferencing. I have not sold one product from the website is constructed by ignite builders.  Failure to provide services as advertised is tantamount to stealing money from individuals with disabilities. This breach of were contract and failure to provide specific services mentioned in the contract agreement equals fraud. My Congressman believes this is a case of a company sucking money out of the poor and the disabled and incompetently not providing agreed upon services that were purchased. There all national syndicated columnists; one in particular has an interest in my case: a man with several disabilities living in poverty was squeezed for $9700.00 receiving negligent website service!

Considering all the time that I spent attempting to develop a Web business on a defective website and your clear failure to provide agreed-upon services, justify my request for an $8000 partial refund of my money. Paramount-Ignite Web Builders failure to provide services as stated above and the thousands of dollars of lost wages working on an inoperable website should prompt you to grant my request. If I received the agreed upon partial refund of $8000, or as I previously stated an negotiated amount  commensurate with the expenses based upon the time, and effort encouraged making APlus beds successful.

Over $9700 worth of credit card debt that I'm struggling to pay right now; coupled with the other $20,000 of lost wages and the $500 worth of other debt incurred. In response to your cooperation, I will forgo I will cease going forward with the state and federal investigations and complaints to the Atty. Gen’s office in Utah and Virginia as well as the Federal Trade Commission and the federal EEOC division for violation and failing to provide services specified for an individual with disabilities. I’ll reconsider taking any further actions against Paramount-Ignite builders with the Better Business Bureau or discuss this matter with other media entities regarding Paramount-Ignite Web Builders incompetence.  I would appreciate your prompt response in this matter.
