IGT Slots Cleopatra II Encore Software I purchased game, downloaded it and when I tried to play, screen went black, nothing. contacted encore support several times, did a 3-4 hour update, still nothing. What a waste. Several other game sites have downloads if the product doesn't work. well, waiting for some resolutioncd Internet

Purchased game, tried several times to down load, finally, it downloaded, but, screen goes black when I try to play the game. Contacted Encore.com support and followed their update directions, including a 3-4 hour update. Retried game, still, black screen. Asked for money back since their product does not deliver what I paid for. Still waiting.

My name is Jason Carver and I work in the community support department at Encore Software. I have come across your review and we're sorry for the trouble you have had with your software. I apologize for this belated delay / reply
I would like to let you know that all of our products come with a money back guarantee. Customers have 30 days to return our software to our warehouse for a refund if the product was ordered as a physical box shipped to their house and also 30 days if the software was a download on our websites. This includes Encore.com , Broderbund.com ,HoyleGaming.com and Viva-Media.com
Also our customers have 90 days to return a product for a refund if they have purchased from a retail store. Amazon.com is also considered a retail store outlet and is included in the 90 day return. Products must be purchased as new in order to qualify for a return. Used products must be handled by the vendor that sold as used/open box.
The customer is responsible for any shipping charges to send the product back to us. A refund is provided in the form of a check once the refund has been processed - Taxes paid by the customer and shipping charges incurred by the customer to send it back to us are not refundable.
