I spoke to the manager of customer service, Carlos Ramos. He was very disrespectful to me on the telephone and hung up on me. Very childish and ignorant behavior. iHome should be embarrassed to have a manager like Carlos. He was unprofessional, did not listen, and did not help me try to solve my problem whatsoever. Those three characteristics alone are what customer service is all about.

He kept repeating himself even though I was asking different questions, and worst of all - he kept interrupting me. He needs to take a class in customer service because I was very disappointed in his behavior. It is never acceptable to hang up on customers. I'm the reason he has a job in the first place. Customers come first and foremost.

My speaker shows power but does not play music. Sometimes it will play music but very faintly - I can barely hear it unless I hold it up to my ear. I take immaculate care of my belongings because I don't have a lot of money to spend on leisure items in the first place. I do not use it in the shower, I do not set it to max volume, I store it in clean, dry areas, and I only charge the item when needed.

It is not an issue of connecting. I have connected to this via Bluetooth and cable and neither are working successfully. I even talked to another disrespectful customer service agent and tried troubleshooting.

I would like a refund. I know that iHome can make a refund happen. These items definitely not free and the money is going somewhere. I'm an honest customer who expected more out of the product, period. I would like the owner of the company to contact me and issue me a refund. I've never been treated so poorly for something that wasn't my fault! I paid $24.88 and received a speaker that lasted 60 days, a dead end phone call, and now a mess of work to try to receive a refund.
