I purchased ebay item "HP 92274A 74A Toner Cartridge Genuine NEW SEALED NO RES" from them on October 28. I received the package quickly, gave them 5 star feedback, as requested. However, we are having problems with this cartridge. The print was a little light when we first started using it, but didn't think anything of it. Now, even after adjusting our printer, it's printing extremely light, and we have not used it anywhere near enough to normally warrant buying a new cartridge. Also, we have had printing problems never before experienced. I was concerned at first that the box this came in was an older box, even after the photo showed the current new HP packaging; now I am very concerned that I was sold old or defective merchandise. Never in the years of owning this printer has a cartridge lasted such a short period of time. I do not believe we received new, genuine merchandise as was described, and would like to return or exchange this defective cartridge. I have tried to contact the seller through ebay, but I have not heard back from him after almost a week. Paypal will not open an inquiry, since it is past 45 days.

Since I also can't change my rating on ebay, I would like to warn others to beware of dealing with this company, as they use deceptive practices. With an item like toner, it is easy to think that if it works fine initially, that the merchandise received is as described; however, quick deterioration of print quality is not something that can be quickly reported in the time frame of the ebay and PayPal dispute policies. I'd like to know how many others, who had rated the seller so well, had discovered too late that the were duped.

They are using our company's name illegally.

We have spoken with this company and they agreed to change their eBay trading name (it's not their real company name), but they didn't. So if you search for them online, you will not find them, just us, the art gallery in TX and a NJ state database. We hold the trademark for this name and are pursuing them once again, but legal things take time. Meanwhile, you should complain to eBay. They are tracking how many people complain and will take action.
