Imagewarehouse1, Imageex.com, Image Warehouse eBay seller, no response to Emails & threats of filing non-payment reports against this buyer because THEY didn't reply Oglesby Illinois

I've reported this company to the Illinois Attorney General. I'm grateful I haven't yet paid for the merchandise I ordered. I have a 100% rating with ebay over 10 years. This merchant's site did not indicate I had an item in my cart when I went "shopping" to look for toner for the laser I was planning to purchase. After finding the toner, I went back to the original link and it did not appear I had made the laser purchase, therefore I clicked purchase again. This resulted in placing TWO laser printers in my cart and the one HP toner I had selected.

When I realized there were two printers in my cart and I had only intended to purchase one, I IMMEDIATELY emailed the seller explaining how the mistake had occurred and asked them to contact me and to correct the invoice. After repeated emails over many days, they never replied to ANY of my emails. I notified eBay of their failure to reply and received some excuse such as, "They may be out of town" or "have a family emergency". I've now read more than 50 negative feedbacks given this company and note this is a pattern and the negative feedback is growing. I'm about to add three more tonight.

I've written eBay suggesting they read the Ripoffreports posted here and the merchant's feedback supplied by their customers. I've also suggested the merchant's right to do business of eBay should be immediately suspended during an investigation.

I'm grateful, unlike others on this site, I haven't lost any money to this company. I am hopeful someone will file a class action lawsuit.
