Immaculate Interiors, owner Jason Harley. Painted our house interior and did an absolutely horrible job. (We bought all the paint he recommended for the job).Called the next morning after he had suppossedly finished, Jason said he would be here at 10am the next day and take care of everything he wanted us to be happy. Didn't show, called and said his day care person was sick. He would absolutely be here the next day at 10am. Didn't show, after leaving numerous messages an individual only calling himself a FRIEND (wouldn't give us his name). Called and said Jason had a minor motorcycle accident, but was only scratched and bruised ( they were just leaving the hospital)and Jason would get us taken care of on the weekend without fail. My wife asked what hospital they were at and the man said "I dont know". Saturday late afternoon Jason called said he was getting a divorce and got drunk and dumped his bike. He was sosorry and he or 1 of his people would be here the next morning at 10am without fail this time. You guessed NO SHOW AGAIN. Wife sent text message, no reply. 1/2 hour later I called no answer left voice message. Jason immediately sent a text to my wife I sent you an email. He had sent it at 6:38am. He claimed his foreman (the FRIEND)had been cussed out by my wife (I heard the conversation on my wife's speakerphone "DIDNT HAPPEN" ) when he called. And his workers were afraid and refused to work in a hostile situation and he was also afraid ( he is 6"4 and about 250). I sent email demanding a full refund he Wont refund or fix because he and his employee's are afraid! He said let the courts take care of it. All the actions and behaviors of a con man. Always a seemingly nice guy until you call his bluff. OBTHW: He said dont contact me again talk to my lawyer!Guess lawyer is not afraid of us! We are just regular everyday trusting honest people. ALSO we found him using Home Advisor, useless for any help. They told me "we are just advertisers, you wouldn't hold the newspaper responsible for a person you found in a want ad" We put a request in to Home Advisor and Jason contacted us. He was supposedly checked out and a reliable contractor "NOT"
Home Advisor did try to get Jason to make things right, but he has failed to deliver on every promise he made to them to correct anything "10 TIMES".
