Imperial Benefits ripoff Champlain New York

like many other pepole, i've had the same bad dealing with imperial benefits as they have had. not receiving my refund like other were told. it started in jan 04. i had to call them in order to get the package. when i did recveived the package, i called them that same day and mail the package back to them that same day. i called them and let them know how displeased i was by not receiving the credit card as promise and that i wanted a refund.

they asure me that i would receive my refund in 30 days. 30 days came and went, still no refund. i have called them sevarl time since then. i get the same run around, your refund will be redeposit or our credit office will contact you in 48 hours. to this date i still have not received a refund nor a call from their credit department. i have filed complaints with the ftc. state attonery general office, the bbb, postal inspectior and the fbi
