In this letter it states an id # and says that it is on record in the irc office is totally accurate and has been carefully assessed.Your Identification is now on recordedin the National Sweepstakes Reoprting Network Offices and this prize entry data is in regards to you.This is a Real and Actual Matter.It says and asks for me to complete the attached document and return it within 12 days.
