I went to Imperial Rides on April 19 2014 to look into getting a car.  They are located off Charleston and Pecos in Las Vegas.  I was looking for a car that was good on gas and would get me to work and around town.

I was told to speak to the owner/manager of the shop Rawwad.  He showed me a few cars and showed me a 2006 Chevy Cobalt(2 door).  The car had a small dent on it and he said that he would fix that for me before I got the car.

I asked if the car needed any work done to it becausee I knew it wasn't a brand new car.  He said he would have his mechanic at the shop look over it to make sure everything was fine with it before I took it home.

I test drove the car and it seemed to drive just fine.  The next week I went back to sign papers and give him the down payment. He told me to tell the bank I paid all the down payment so I could take the car home that day.  I only paid $1000 and the down payment was suppose to be $1500.

He never fixed the dent that he said he would fix on it and the very next day I did a CARFAX on the car and found out their was 2 recalls on the car.  I contacted him and he said "they dont know about recalls on cars." Which i thought was total BS.

A week later the car stalled on me and the check engine light came on.  The car started shaking and wouldnt start and I was stuck at a light at night.  I got the car to get off the road and eventually back to my house. I contacted him and he said "well the car was just fine" when you got it. Insisting that it was something I had done.

I had 3 different people look at it and come to find out that car needed new tires, oil changed, filters changed, alignment, suspension worked on, tune-up, and had a crack near the engine.

I asked him over and over for the check list his "mechanic" did and he "didnt have it at the office" and he never gave it to me.

I understand it was a used car and it was "as-is"  but if I asked whats wrong with it and they totally lied to me telling me thats its fine and they had someone check it out and it needs alot of work done to it....thats FRAUD.

My car was at the Chevy dealership for over a month and I had to get a rental because they were waiting on the part from the recall.

I contacted the bank and told them what was going on because I hadnt even made a payment or registered the car yet. They told me the dealership was to redo my loan app. when I got the car back and the dealership refused to do so or give me my downpayment back.

I had to just call the bank and tell them to come get the car because I wasnt paying for a car that neeeded all that work done on it I wasnt told about.

The guy at the dealership told me I can "tell whoever what I want he will make sure I cant get a car anytime soon".

They are so unprofessional and BS about  stuff on the car just to sell it.
