impluse marketing , seal rite , revco old friends same tricks new name Lakeland , Florida

Well boys and girls it seems our friends Ron and Woody Ayers are at it again. The formers owners of Revco and Seal Rite have setup shop again in Lakeland FL. This time under the name Impluse Marketing.
The company has an add on Craigslist promising potential employees 9 to 20 dollars an hour. This isn't true, they say the more sales you make then your pay will go up, so tell me why after a former employee set 15 appointments in one week he was fired under the impression that none of his appointment made a sale and his rate of pay remained the same as the day he was hired. Ron still treats people as if they are expandable, the company still have a revolving door policy. Some people have been fired or sent home with no good reason given. And of course the little family would not be complete without good old Kathy Toro, who instead of encouraging her staff, puts employees on the phones that are not truly ready and unsure of themselves, yes that's right boys and girls good old slave driving Kathy with her "Fantastic" coaching methods. So a word to the wise boys and girls I know time are hard, but if you see there add on Craigslist pass it by and find something better, if you do decide to go for it don't expect to much once your doors in the door and your butts in the chair.
