We are two experienced psychic advisors who have been, for a very short period of time, working for the company Infinite Advice (AKA Stephen's Guidance, Inc.) and we realized the other day that after working with a client in a psychic chat, our pay numbers in the company's system had NOT CHANGED (in other words, our pay dollar amount that was supposed to calculate each and every reading, meaning each and every dollar) had not changed even though two chats with clients had been completed.
We borh went in through the back door of the website where the company's "calculations for pay" had been shown and low adn behold the figures were not right.

As we dug in deeper we realized that this company seemed to be scamming their readers by shaving off some of the monies owed to the psychic reader for their work with clients and pocketed by the company Infinite Advice (AKA Stephen's Guidance, Inc.).

We immediately emailed the lady who claimed to be the owner of Infinite Advice (Camelia) giving her our findings and we asked for an explanation as to why what was owed for the work performed was not correct? We also asked why phone chats are NOT EVEN RECORDED as far as starting and endiing time since readers working for this company are paid by the minute!

Both of us were actually out the day the company decided to rudely answer our questions and we were told that our accounts with Infinite Advice (AKA Stephen's Guidance, Inc.) had been closed due to the harassing email we had sent and never were our concerns about scamming their readers on paychecks addressed.

In fact we were also advised in the email that the lady (Camelia) who had clearly misrepsented herself as a company owner was in fact only an employee and that we were not to call the number she had given us any longer or we would be reported for abuse! This is really interesting as Camelia always said call me anytime with any problem!

We are going to visit the Texas workforce commission and also the board of labor and any other entity we can so that this company cannot continue to scam their psychic advisors, AND if they were not in fact scamming, why close our accounts and refuse to discuss why our pay is not matching what the numbers say we are due for the work we have done?

Something sure is fishy here with Infinite Advice! And we are wondering just how many other psychic advisors have been scammed by this company?

Infinite Advice - we told you we would not stop until we made the public and other psychics aware of your scamming practices! Psychic lines have been known through the years for ripping readers off, and this time we are going to do everything possible to out this company and their illegal practices!

We were also told by Camelia that she cannot pay us since no one has received our W9 form but alas - we mailed those over a week and a half ago and they will not give us a fax number or mailing address so we can get a signature on delivery for maling in our W9 forms so this may be an excuse they try to use also not to pay us!

#4 REBUTTAL Owner of company

Psychic Danita (Windsong) and Psychic Rachel (Council of Angels) are Liars

AUTHOR: Stephen - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, February 05, 2007

I am the owner of InfiniteAdvice (Stephen's Guidance, Inc.) and this report is false and we want to tell our side of what really happened. Danita who is also known as (Psychic Windsong) and Her Friend Rachel (Council of Angels)came to InfiniteAdvice between December 2006 and January 2007. The first week that Windsong came to our site, she began calling my employee excessively. She uses a blocked number and calls over and over again. When she doesn't get her way, she calls excessively. When my employee asked Windsong not to call her anymore, she continued to call and to harass her. My company had to step in to defend our employee because Windsongs excessive calls were making her nervous. We sent Windsong an email stating that she may no longer contact this employee of ours because Windsongs calls became excessive. She would make up lies by stating that she did not like the fact that she was the best psychic and that she deserved to be above the other psychics. Our website has excellent technology and gives advisors points for each call that they take. They also can be rated between 1-5 stars for each reading. Our website also offers an automated payment system in which the system is calculated by computer. Our website is built by a top company called Jamoncam and they are a proffessional web design company that designs websites. Our company also uses an experienced C.P.A. to do the company taxes. Each call is calculated by computer and no errors are reported. Windsong kept on bashing our website because she could not be on top. She just joined the website and she wanted to be above everyone else and obviously she could not be because you have to earn your way to the top. I have paypal receipts for psychic windsong and for psychic council of angels showing that we did pay them. They were released after Windsong was given warning about harrassment. She then decided to have her friend Rachel (council of angels) harrass us by sending us an email. She demanded that we call her within 24 hours. We contacted her within that time period and she hung up on our account representative and said, "call back later." Our company has an excellent reputation with our clients and advisors. Both of these psychics received their final pay and were released due to harrassment. We have the actual email that was sent to both of them because of their harrassment. We do not take harrassment of any sort from our advisors. Our employee asked Windsong to contact customer service if she had any more questions because she no longer wanted to deal with Windsong. She did not do this and instead she harrassed Camelia by calling her cell phone excessively and blocking her phone number. Windsong also did not know how to use our system correctly. When you walk into the psychics chat room, the client is able to walk in with funds, but they do not get charged any amount until the client clicks the hire psychic button. Windsong was trying to give psychic readings without the client pressing the hire expert button and that's why the minutes were not calculating. Windsong was also forming her own private small groups with other advisors to act as a manager for our website along with Rachel. They were trying to form their own private groups to act as management. They form their own small groups on websites like http://www.wahm.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=308926&PN=1 and she uses the name healer within. She is very easy to track because she is very harrassing and she uses the name healer within on this website. As you can see, indigo Minds also had a problem with her. It is a shame that this woman Windsong continues to target, harrass and tries to bring down good companies. Our company has never scammed any psychic reader and all of our psychics have been paid to date. She is clearly a liar and makes up stories. She is clearly dillusional. She tries to get her friend Rachel and others to team up with her to attack any company that doesn't want to deal with their harrassing ways. After closing her psychic advisor account, Windsong and Council of Angels decided to write this report here and this is clearly all lies. It is shocking because Windsong is not even one of our customers and she has been paid in full. She is just trying to harrass us once again. Our psychic readings were not recorded because of API issues that Windsong or council of angels know anything about. The minutes however are calculated accurately and it is built by a superior web design company as named above. We answered all of Windsongs questions, but she wants you to answer her every question when she wants or else she will harrass you with phone calls one after the other and she blocks her calls to you each time. She also claims here that she was not addressed about employee pay. She is not in any way, shape or form associated with our company management and she was clearly trying to act like she was. We do not release any information about our advisors pay to anyone except for our C.P.A. and the IRS when requested. Windsong has a dictatorial attitude and wants things done her way. She also does not understand that she is an independent contractor and NOT an employee. She did not have to sign in if she did not like our system and she chose to stay logged in. We have recorded chat log sessions of her taking calls with our clients and we paid her nearly $230.00 for the two weeks that she was with us and at no time did she not log in. She claims here that our system is faulty, but yet she still logged in and took calls and she got paid for them as well. I have the receipts of payment that I gave to her. She is clearly a liar and she was released due to her harrassing phone calls and excessive lies. She was trying to spread negative rumors about my company because she couldn't have her way with us. We do not take harrassment lightly here, nor should any company for that matter. She claims that she did not get paid, but I have the receipts here from paypal that we did pay her. We collect W-9 forms from our advisors that have to be signed because it is required to do so by law. We report our company earnings to the IRS. We also have to make sure that you are who you say you are on the other side of the screen. Does she honestly think that any company will just send you cash without it being tracked somehow? Not only would that be foolish, but it would also be unethical. Anyone who wants to see this pay pal payment as proof that Windsong and Council of Angels were paid, then please write to us. Windsongs abuse became so much that we had to remove our company phone number. These women do not stop harrassing as you can see from this report and what she wrote in it. She even says in this report "Infinite Advice - we told you we would not stop until we made the public and other psychics aware of your scamming practices!" Not only is this threatening and harrassing, but all lies. I hope that you do go to the texas labor force so that I can sue you for lying (defermation of a company's reputation). She has absolutely no proof in what she is saying and she has been paid. Both of them have been paid their final pay. They were never employees of ours and they were only independent contractors. If they didn't like the company or the site, then they should have left and not signed in again. They kept signing in because they were making good money here. They were charging $3.00 a minute and getting paid for it. If it was really that bad, then why did they sign in? We have the actual logs on both of them that they signed in repeatedly even though they claimed that our chat window was "scamming our psychics." Our website is not even designed by Stephen's Guidance. It is designed by a company that is not even associated with our company called jamoncam. We had to pay this company nearly $20,000 to design our website and we pay monthly hosting fees and webmaster fees for design. It is rediculous to say that we are trying to scam our psychics. Are you for real? We would never do this and our psychics know it. That's why we have psychics that log in every day. We also moved our website to a .net because we are optimizing .com. This is something that Windsong and Council of Angels are bashing us on in the forum http://www.wahm.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=308926&PN=1. They keep on spreading lies about us and saying that advisors should be weary of us. I am actually happy that you created this report so that our company can file a lawsuit against you now for trying to ruin a companies good name and reputation. You better have some proof here because you will need it when we take you to a texas court now. I hope that this clears up the lies and deception that Windsong and Council of Angels have reported here and I hope to never encounter harrassing psychic advisors like these two again.

Righteous Anger on Behalf of the Vulnerable

AUTHOR: Juliet - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 22, 2007

I'd like to see a "real" psychic, oh yes, I would.

Not a good listener, not a good manipulator.

A real psychic.

Who WON'T take the grocery money.

Who won't charge for what should be freely given.

The people who call these scammers are looking for love, acceptance, compassion, empathy, friendship - they are being abused.

Conversely, if they are looking to manipulate people, by "casting spells to make a lover come back" - yes, okay, they get what they deserve for such selfish, self-centered motivations.

I am one of the most love-filled people you would ever have the good fortune to have in your life.

I hate abusers.

When someone does taxes for someone, they get something in return.

When an artist paints a picture, there is a fruit of their labor.

When a TRAINED therapist/doctor, etc. helps a person find empowerment out of their nightmares - there is a distinct benefit in receiving the tools for how to manage life.

What does a psychic caller get - a friend. That should be free. That should be given with a willing and open heart.

Psychics do not empower people, they delude people.

Spell-casters and whatnot - they do worse. They can actually draw people into "dark arts" where literally, hell can break loose.

No, I have never been a victim of such people, in any way, besides hearing the heartbreak and despair they force people into, when the money runs out.

Yes, scamming employees should be so psychically gifted they KNOW they're going to get scammed.

You get back what you give out.

I hate abusers.

Narrow Minded Life

AUTHOR: Rachel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, January 22, 2007

I really had to responde to Juliet's comment. My entire life I have always just "known things". I gave my insight freely when people where placed in front of me and still do. Spirit, God, Angels....what ever you call it, gave me an opportunity to be able to support myself with these gifts.

I know that there are plenty of "scammers" out there but it is extremely narrow minded to call ALL Psychic readers this. Rip off artists came in all different shapes and sizes or there would be no need for a site like this. Are you saying that a person that is amazingly gifted as an artist should do that for free? A person really good at numbers should do my taxes for free? We no longer live in a barter system society. That would be great if we did but completely unrealistic.

Besides the judgemental fashion in which you responded to this post shows you really missed the point. Who cares what type of business it is. The POINT IS this is a company that is not paying their employees correctly if at all. So with your logic your saying that the your boss could promise you (just an example) $20.00 an hour and you would be ok if in the end you only made $4.00, and that is before taxes.

As intelligent as you sound you feel you are you should really have thought this through before posting such ugly and frankly hateful responce. If you where at one time taken by an unethical reader you need to take it up in that arena and not speak to this.

Oh boy

AUTHOR: Juliet - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Sunday, January 21, 2007

I tried not to respond but I have to.

The scammers are complaining about being scammed.

People think I'm psychic, because I LISTEN.

I listen to every word they say, and draw on my own experiences, and what I've read about humanity, and life, and do my best to relate to them on a level they can accept, and receive understanding from.

I'm not psychic, never have been.

If you are truly psychic, and are taking money, you are degrading and diminishing an either God-given gift, or a Cosmic gift, by accepting money for a gift bestowed upon you by a greater force FOR FREE.

If you have such a gift, it was not intended for you to use it for personal enrichment.

If I charged for what I give - I won't even think about it, cause I wouldn't be living in poverty, if I did so.

The scammers are being scammed, and THEY'RE SURPRISED?
