Infinity Moving and Storage these people are pond scum They stole many of my household items - they just never showed up, Lied, forged my signature on the delivery document, & damaged, broke, ruined 90% of my shipment. Bronx New York

I can't make this up. I moved an entire household from Las Vegas to NYC and was forced to store my things at the warehouse in the Bronx. They made me pay 3 months storage in advance with a promise of refund if I was out sooner. Never saw a penny. when they delivered my stuff - the were overheard by my neighbors discussing the damage to my shipment. They didn't want to get blamed. Almost everything was broken, chipped, fabric ruined, in someway damaged.They wrapped my $5000 steroe (bang & Olafsun) in a blanket and threw it from the truck into the storage unit - It was in smithereens. I was insured by their recommended insurance co -located somewhere in a tiny town in texas - they accused me of underinsuring my items. 6 dining room chairs that had a "replacement" value of $450 ea - they said I should just buy cheaper new ones & gave me $200 ea.Infinity FORGED/Lifted my signature from the original delivery document that I signed where I noted and made the driver witness with his signature all the damage that was visible ie, I didn't/couldn't unpack everything in just a few hours. I didn't have a copy machine on the spot so they generally send you one in the mail -But the office manager went on vacation for 3 weeks during that time - my documents were missing from the office when I called to ask about status while office manager was on vacation. Magically when she returned - my file re-appared but she had altered the delivery document. - no driver signature and a breif description of a few items in the 2 lines available - written in her handwriting. 

It's too in infuriating to continue.I did take them to arbitration - guess what? their arbitrator works for Infinity!.I reported them on the Federal website and was told by the Fed. agent representative for NY that they have tried to close these creeps down - but they keep coming back. Clearly they are paying off comeone at a much higher level. If I'd had the time in my life (and the money) I would have hired one of those shark-like NY lawyers and sued them for a lot of money. But I didn't want to ruin my life any further. All I can do is hope that pay-back karma comes soon.
