Stay away from INGdirect for your banking and retirement needs. They have the absolute RUDEST customer service people. If you forget your password, or as in my case THEY CHANGED IT, you can not get into your account, and all they do is ask you 50 questions, they lecture you on how your are so stupid to loose it and then hang up on you.

They started laughing when my son got on the phone to try to help, and my wife started crying because we have all our retirement savings with them and can not access our account.
