More false information by Todd trying to cover for Sean's bad decision dealing with Jordan. This was a dispute between Sean and Jordan getting sucked into this ridiculous nonsense. People to blame for this article are Jordan and Sean. Johnny's part in this orchestration was being the middle man trying to solve a dispute between Jordan and Sean which somebody took the liberty to create an online posting.
This is all childish nonsense and Sean should have been clear to Jordan on the sale not involving Johnny and dragging his name into this stupid story. Johnny has nothing to do with any of this nonsense other than trying to be a savior in between both parties, getting manipulated by Jordan and discussing with each party on conersations that took place. Since Johnny helping he has recieved various false accusations which could or would never be proved.

The wake surfboard pictured is a Flyboy James Walker Pro; manufactured by Inland Surfer, the 1st epoxy wake surfboard company. The repair photographs are accurate, however, the title, details and claim is misleading. The 2012 Inland Surfer Flyboy is a pro model wake surfboard that carries no manufacturer warranty due to its high-performance, competition-designed, ultra-light construction materials and methodology. This particular model also had a heel dent repaired by Jeff Page owner, Inland Surfer (inlandsurfer.com).
The ripoffreport.com claim (#970835) identifies Wake Shredder (wakeshredder.com), the company Sean Cummings, named offender) owns and works for, unrelated to the claim.
The ripoffreport.com claim (#970835) identifies Inland Surfer (inlandsurfer.com), the company Sean Cummings rides professionally for as representative and retailer of Inland Surfer and their products. Sean Cummings is not an employee, owner or responsible party of Inland Surfer.
The ripoffreport.com claim (#970835) identifies Jeff Page, the owner, shaper, and designer of Inland Surfer and Inland Surfer products (inlandsurfer.com).
The ripoffreport.com claim (#970835) incorrectly categorizes Inland Surfer as a Boat Dealer as Jeff Page also owns an Inboard Wake Surfing Boat Dealership recognized by the State of Washington, Inland Surf Boats (inlandsurfboats.com).
There is also a duplicate (#970649) of this same claim 10 days later whereas it is believed the desired traction was not met in the initial claim (#970835).
This claim is one of multiple fraudulent claims initiated by Johnny Miller against Sean Cummings. The materials provided in claims #970835 and #970649 provide instant messaging screenshots between the devices of Johnny Miller, Jeff Page, Sean Cummings & Jordan Kidushim, exclusively.

Johnny Miller also submitted a claim (#89036991) with the BBB on December 28th 2012, as Sean Cummings. This claim was denied by the BBB citing insufficient information to process and subsequently closed. In this claim, the company targeted was Fineline Industries, Inc. (Manufacturer of Centurion Boats, centurionboats.com) as Jeff Page & Sean Cummings had an (fictitious) agreement to purchase a Pink Boat. Details available here, on the BBB web site:
https://cencal.app.bbb.org/complaint/view/89036991/c/j8a289
Johnny Miller never purchased the wake surfboard. There was no cash, check, credit or debit card, no promissory note or exchange of any materials to Inland Surfer or Sean Cummings for the wake surfboard.
The wake surfboard was originally delivered on September 2nd, 2012 in Discovery Bay to Jordan Kidishum for an agreed upon price of $600.00 for the used demo wake surfboard. At this time no payment was made.
On September 16th, 2012 Jordan Kidushim decided he did not want the wake surfboard, communicated with Sean Cummings and Johnny Miller took possession. No refunds were provided to Jordan Kidushim as no payment had been made. Johnny Miller began negotiations to lower the price of the wake surfboard.
Johnny Miller returned the board to Sean Cummings on September 27th, 2012 in Parker, AZ. Johnny Miller cited the repaired heel dent as not acceptable for the purchase price. No refund was offered because no exchange of money via cash, check, credit or debit card has been made.
As one of the most popular wake surfboard in the history of wake surfing the wake surfboard was sold-out in the United States for the model year 2012, but was originally offered at $899.00 MSRP. The final price offered to Johnny Miller was $350.00 due to the heel dent damage and repair. Inland Surfer authorized the discounted price, as the company enforces a minimum advertised price policy for all authorized representatives, sponsored riders, distributors and retailers.
During our investigation we discovered many phone calls, emails and text messages between but not limited to Jordan Kidushim, Johnny Miller and Sean Cummings; all communications surrounding a discounted wake surfboard that was never paid for.
No further investigation is necessary at the direction of Inland Surfer management. Inland Surfer made no arrangement of sale or received any purchase order on the used wake surfboard to Jordan Kidushim or Johnny Miller; as such bears no responsibility to address the claim further, of a documented, no-warranty product, sold second-hand at a discounted rate, for no money.
Inland Surfer does not warranty pro models. Inland Surfer does not warranty used, demo or used demo repaired pro model wake surfboards. Inland Surfer does not provide transferable warranties on any original warranty.
The conclusion of our investigation is a disagreement on a used, repaired, demo wake surfboard between known wake surf professionals whereas nobody paid for the wake surfboard in question.
