On Dec 9 2015 I ordered a freetrail of thr skin cream that was advertised on the internet. I recently returned back to work and when checking my email I saw to email letting me know that I had been charged 177.95. I did not approve for a new order nor had I approve for tha mount of 177.95 to be charged to my account. When trying to contact the company on the interent I was unable to bring he page up.

On Jan 3 2016 at the time of filing my Ripoff Report, I noticed the dispatch note from the consmer having a Customer Service call back number. When calling both Inna Victoria Skin Cream at (800)344-8082 and Louvella Skin Serum at (800)309-9915, both numbers had a voice mail with a personal message response. The voice mail did not sound like it was a perfossional business number. I left a message 0n the voice mail and I have not received a call back from the cosumer.
On Dec 9 2015 I came in contact with the cosumer when their advertisement popped up on my yahoo website. The advertisement showed a video of a lady having bags or puffiness under her eyes. The model also had a small amount of rinkles near her eye area. As the modle was applying the serum it was showing how the bags started to clear up. The advertisement looked conviencing so I requested the free trail. Both products cost 3.95 to be shipped to me for a trail base. At the time of requsting the sample I did not request a order of the product until I was sure that I saw a results from the product.
I have been using the both the Inna Victoria Skin Cream for rinkles and the Louvella Skin Serum for the bags under my eyes for about 3 weeks now. I have not seen either of the product to show a result in my appearence. I had been gone on vacation for a week and when returned back to work I went to check my email and I noticed I had a email from both of the cosumers.
