I purchased an innokin mod from inno-vapor that was a counterfeit product. I went back into the store and was told that I could not have purchased the item there. I showed them the receipt, but they did not care. I then emailed the company, but they sent a very rude response back.
I looked up the name on the email that had responded to me and learned that the person who I was dealing with had multiple felony convictions for fraud and theft. I looked further into the business and found out this is the owner. websites discussing this person's criminal history can be found here:

The second article describes how the owner, Justin Ganoe, ratted on his cellmate to strike a deal with the DA and lessen his sentence.
Do not shop at inno-vapor in Denver, Lakewood, Littleton, Englewood, or Aurora. These guys are thieves.

The rebuttal from the owner is a perfect example of how I was treated at their shop. Even when I showed them the receipt, they said I hadn't purchased the item there. Now, according to the owner, I am a "competitor". I WAS a customer. Now, I will never shop there again. Look up their owner's name, Justin Ganoe, and see what a thief this guy is. He has multiple felony convictions for fraud and theft in Colorado and California.
