nov 18/10 i was called up by a jack adams who said he worked for timeshare registry international in florida and that my timeshare had a buyer with another company and to recieve my refund of 749.00us, I was to contact a Bob Richards, finance director for innovative resorts international in NY. I did so and was informed the indeed according to him that he had a buyer. The catch was i had to send 2899.00us to close the deal and the 2899.00 would be refunded to me in full when the deal went through in the middle of jan/11. We did this ,when we got the paperwork about 20 min. after sending the money I tried to cancel the transaction but visa said the company had to reverse the charges i could not get visa to cancel. Sent a email requesting the money returned as the contract was not the same as what was discussed. Richards called immediately ,a very smooth talker, and assured me that the deal would go down and upon getting my paperwork from my company that i would get the refund from timeshare registry and all my monies (2899.00) from innovative none of this has happened.He siad the deal would be completed by second or thrid week in jan/11. I contacted my timeshare company and was informed that no inquiries were made on my property.These people must be stopped they are thieves,liars,cheats. They should be charged with fraud,thief. They should do time
