Innovative Tax Relief Predators of the Tax Payers Turmoil and Emotion Los Angeles, CA California

As mentioned by the previous complaintant, INnovative Tax made bold and appealing promises during a highly emotional time. They originally stated that they could handle my case with a satisfactoy result for a fee of $3000. After completing paperwork and allowing enough time for the check to clear, I got call back fromthe president of the company demanding an additional 10, 000 to take the case. He also indicated that teh first fee was non-refundable. He continued to assure me that they could get the IRS to cease their collection effots and negotiate. ONce the IRS seized everything, Innovative beagan increasinglty difficult to get retruned calls from. Thrree years have past with a continuum of stall efforts. 13, 000 dollars later, they did nothing more than submit a short appeal in penaltyabatement with all denied. This during a three year anniversary of the case, I am having to hound them for answers. The answers are sorry but no luck.

The last report sounded like my case verbatim. This group preys on the taxpayers emotional vulnerability, makes promises and disolves once the check has cleared. There are scores that have been ripped off by this group receiving no satisfiction to there case.

This is a big time scam if there ever was one.
