I have purchased 2 Motorola RAZR V3 phone from A1 Wireless on Nov 13, 2005. Date of activation was Nov 13, 2005. With the purchase there was a offer for 2 rebates of $100.00 & 2 rebates of $150.00. (In Phonic T-Mobile Mail in rebate)

The rebate offer details was as follows- Rebate form to be submitted 60 days after the activation & within 120 days after the activation. The rebate check will be receive within 150 of activation date or 10 weeks after receipt of the rebate form, whichever is later.

I have mailed the rebate form on Jan 24, 2006. The rebates were uploaded in the website www.cellphonerebates.com on feb 24, 2006 (one month delay). The website was displaying all of my 4 rebates amounting to $500.00

As per their offer, i should receive the check before 14th April 2006 (150 days from activation date i.e., from nov 15, 2006) or before Jun 2, 2006 (10 weeks from receipt of the rebate form i.e., from Feb 2, 2006) whichever is later. So the last date I should receive the check is Jun 2, 2006.

Since June 2006, I called them several times, everytime the reply was that the rebate is being processed. I have also contacted their customer service (Daniel, Jeremy, Ryan) through e-mail in June 2006. They have also replied the same. Its under process.

One very fine day in July 2006, when i logged into the website "cellphonerebates.com" it shows that all the rebates are reprocessed again. The website just display there are 4 rebate submission. (with no description). The address of the processing changes to
PO Box 100550
White Bear Lake, MN 55110-0550
and the contact no to (866) 607-9877.

The website suggests to check the status after 3-4 weeks. The customer service phone no conatins the same recorded message.

In oct 2006, the web site shows 3 rebates details as follows
(i) $100.00 (check for $100.00 mailed on Oct 4, 2006)- I have received the check.
(ii) $100.00 (under Process)
(iii) $150.00 (under process- Rebate process shows just $50.00)

There was no whereabout of my 4th rebates for $150.00

On oct 27, 2006 when i talked with the customer service associate, he advised me that there is just 3 rebates of total $250.00 (out of which $100.00, I have already received)

He has noted my request to check the rebate form & advised me to call back with in 2 weeks. I really dont what will happen to my rebates.

I am really surprised that how the 3 big companies- T Mobiles, In Phonic & A1 Wireless are cheating the people so openly & there is nothing we can do????

Can anyone suggest me any way to get back my rebates.
