Inphonic Wireless i supposedly won a free phone from inphonic and now they are trying to charge me $250.00 for the free phone and have turned it over to a collection agency who keep harrassing me Ripoff Internet

i won a free phone on-line from inphonic. i only had to pay shipping and handling which i did! now inphonic has turned this supposedly free phone(they now say i owe $250.00)over to a collection agency. i do NOT feel i should owe them anything if i won a free phone@!!
