Inphonic Rebate Scam Wahsington District of Columbia

Purchased a phone November 2006, and was promised that the rebates would cover the price of the $200. phone. Of course there was this complicated gotcha rebate system that made it difficult to know when each of the rebates were due. After conversation with them, I was able to get all the required information in timely and was approved for the rebates. I received one at $50, and am waiting on the $100. that is now around 6 months late. Today I see that the company that handles Wireflys rebates has filed for chapter 11. At the same time Wirefly is very proud of their sales which puts them in the top of cellphone sales, and yet they are ripping people off with lies regarding the rebate.
