Got a letter in the mail telling how I could get money from the Fedeal Goverment,by filling out a simple form that he would supply.I sent him a check,and it was cashed,but I did not get all the material that he promised.

There is no way to contact him other than the post office box.I did write him a letter asking for the rest of the material,but no answer yet.
