I have my own company named Excelsior Research in India, We were working as vendor for insideup from June  2015. we worked with them for a period of 7 months out opf which we were paid only for 2 months later they made changes to their payment terms and informed us that they would be paying after 90days. we agreed to the same thinking that insideup might be a genuine company but later we realised that Grant is ust making false excuses and delaying the payment, he infact made false alligations on us saying that we are selling the leads to some provider whic is again selling these leads to insideup. Infact we have all our recordings which clearly state that we calling from excelsior research, and i am nt sure how follish insideup might be not to realise  that our recording has our name mentioned in it and how can we sell thses recordings to any one. after that Grant informed us that they need to investigate the matter which started in January and until now they arent able to find a resolution. Infact i had sent them multiple emails but never received and reply from niether Grant or Asad. Fortunately they have an office in India as well and we would be filing a legal case in India as well for this kind of behaviour.

Till now we havent found any solution, we have already handed over the emails and the chat conversations to our legal avdisor and we would make sure this company doenst to any of these things with anyone else.

If there are any legal adviosr in California who would like to take this up for us we would be more than happy to pay any legal charges. You can certainly contact me on the number mentioned. But I will make sure we get paid for the work that we have done.

Response to Rip-off Report Complaint from an India-based partner “Excelsior”

AUTHOR: Company Spokesperson - (United States)

POSTED: Thursday, June 01, 2017

InsideUp works with offshore marketing companies based in India and other countries. Most of these companies approach their lead generation activities with professionalism and diligence. However, a few do not.

It is well known to US-based lead buyers that there have been incidents in which lead data and actual call recordings have been shared from one India-based company to another. This can result in two partners submitting the exact same contact name to InsideUp on the exact same campaign.

When InsideUp detects possible fraud, intentional or otherwise, we hold back payment to both involved partners. It’s as simple as that.

In general terms, we have never hidden the fact that our payment schedule is “Net 60 days, or when we are paid by our client, whichever is later.” Sometimes our enterprise clients (or their agencies of record) make us wait longer than 90 days to receive funds against invoices we have already presented to them and, in those cases, we have no choice but to ask our partners to be as patient as we must be in this business.

Those partners without the financial strength to be patient eventually stop working on new InsideUp campaigns and we respect that decision. However, when a pair of partners is found to be corrupting our data base with duplicate leads, our policy is not to reward that behavior by paying a commission.
