Insite Computer Group Inc Stay away from Insite Computer Toronto Ontario

On April 2014 we ordered 2 T320 Dell servers and 2 Sonicwall firewall including the installation on site in our 2 warehouses. We also ordered windoes server 2012 with SQL software and with some extra software. We also paid extra money for installation all the softwares and hardwares and setup costs. They installed the servers and firewalls. After few weeks we found that they installed a defective Sonicwall firewall, after a long fighting they agree to replace the firewalls but we have to pay the labour charge. We agreed to pay the labour. They installed the new firewalls and then that problem does not go a way, then they said sorry we can not do anything else and you have to stay the way it is. The qustion is that why did they charged extra money for hardware and labour if the problem still exsit. Any way today we come with with a new problem and that is when we want to to remotely connect to our office PCs they blocked all the importent ports which we need it to use the windows RDP. When i called them today they tell me that I have to pay them again to open all those ports inorder to be able to use the windows RDP. I dont have to pay for this service because they should do this at the first place while they did the firewall installation. This company is just a ripoff company and i strongly recommend to stay away from this company and never use their services. At the time of the agreement to take your bussniss they agree on anything but when it comes in real world they just keep sending you invoices. Even if the work is leaglly in the original contract they dont stand behind their services.
