As a potential buyer of this product, I made several inquiries. Some of which indicated my interest in the product and that I wanted to to know of any discounts that might be applicable as i have suffered enormous hardships since 2009.

At no time did I ever get a response of any kind from their Sales or Support email points of contact. After a couple of months 2-3, I thought, maybe the email links are dead or otherwise not working correctly. Boy was I wrong. Using the info and numbers above I initiated the alternative contact. I used both email addresses and one of the numbers above to leave a vopicemail message. Both of my messages were clear that I had made multiple attempts to contact them and that this would be my final attempt. I also provide my name and contact info, however, you will see from the NASTY CUSTOMER SERVICE REPLY I RECEIVED, the writer of the spineless message chooses to HIDE behind an email address without disclosing any identity,
 
Below are copies of the email reponses thjat prompted this report. BUYER (or potential buyer) BEWARE. 
 
ME: Hello,
 
This is my final attempt to reach someone regarding the inspect it faster software advertized on the web. I can certainly relay to others that there is an absolute void in your communications as it relates to this product. If you don't support your product that's fine...... however, you could remove all email points of contact from your site so as to not waste other peoples time when they are sending inquiries.
 
I had to go as far as a whois look up to find telephone numbers, only to find that one of the numbers is now dead and the second was a voicemail response. A few simple questions is all I have, provided that your platform runs smooth.
 
I would appreciate a prompt telephone response.

At least this faceless, nameless, low life piece of **** scumabg responder didn't bait me in (butter my *******) and blow smoke up my *** to sucker me into a purchase......
