instaloan usa/ mike oliver call regarding loan services n said i was aprove for 1000 dollars ask me to go to an walgreens to buy a reload pack with netspend and load it with 200 dollars he saidhe needed the reference number on the back which is a scratch off strip he said it was for me to show if financial stable and that the would be available by 7:00pm if i complete the application so i did

he took the money and call me back as someone else and said something went wrong with the reference number and that i need to go back and get another reload pack and load it with $250 but the i called the card and the money was drawn already so i called him back and ask about the loan was it processed he said no and that i lost my money and cant get it back unless i get another pack i asked for a supervisor he hung up in my face i called back to ask for a supervisor again and still same people this is so heartbroken i need help with this situation
